How to earn by sending a crypto box without any cost

Before you send the crypto box, you should confirm that the balance in your DEFED savings account is over 0.

DEFED uses the results of the October Ethereum Mainnet snapshot to assign weights to each address based on the value of their positions and behavioral activity. The reward of crypto box will depends on that weight.

First you need to visit the message page.

If you want to send a crypto box to a friend who has never chatted with you on DEFED, click start new chat.

Type in the target Ether address or ENS.

Click start chatting.

Then, an encrypted chat channel between you has been successfully established.

If you want to send a crypto box to a friend you are chatting with, you can click on the chat box you want to access.

You can also use the search box to search for the chat you want to access.

After that, you can see a gift box icon on the far right side of the chat message input bar. Click on that.

If the balance in your DEFED savings account is 0, there will be an error hint, and you will not be able to send the crypto box.

Click send.

You have sent it successfully.

After the receiver successfully claims it, you will also receive rewards that belong to you.

Note: To prevent Sybil Attack, if the receiver is almost a new account on the Ethereum Mainnet, then the reward will be DEFE tokens only, and the sender will not share this part.
